These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BoxArchStudio website (the "Site"). BoxArchStudio ("we", "us", "our", "the Studio") is an independent architecture, interior design and visualization studio based in Office 202, 2nd Floor, First Capital House, MM Alam Road, Lahore. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

01Use of the website

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view this Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, copying or scraping its content at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

02Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, designs, drawings, renders, images, photography, logos and layout — is owned by or licensed to BoxArchStudio and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or republish any of it without our prior written permission. Project images are shown to illustrate our work and remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

03Enquiries and project services

Information on this Site is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer. Any design or consultancy work we undertake for you is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal or engagement letter that sets out the scope, fees, timeline, payment schedule, ownership of deliverables and other terms. In the event of a conflict, that written agreement prevails over these Terms for the work it covers.

04Visualizations and renders

Renders, visualizations and concept imagery are artistic representations intended to communicate design intent. They may differ from final built results due to materials, lighting, site conditions, suppliers, regulations and other factors. They should not be relied upon as exact depictions or as professional, engineering or legal advice.

05Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services (for example social media). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties, and links do not imply our endorsement.

06Limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
