What architectural drawings do I need to build a house?
To build well you need a coordinated set: dimensioned floor plans, a front elevation (2D and ideally 3D), sections and construction details, structural drawings, and MEP (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) layouts — plus door/window schedules and specifications. We deliver all of these as one package.
Do you provide drawings in CAD (AutoCAD / DWG)?
Yes. All drawings are produced in industry-standard CAD (AutoCAD DWG), layered and dimensioned, in the format contractors, structural engineers and society offices expect.
Do you make front elevations in both 2D and 3D?
Yes — every set includes a 2D front elevation, and we pair it with a photoreal 3D elevation so the look of the house is decided on screen before construction.
Can you prepare CAD drawings from my sketch or existing plan?
Yes. We can develop accurate CAD drawings from a hand sketch, a rough plan or measurements of an existing building, and take it through to a full construction set.
Are the drawings ready for LDA / DHA / society submission?
We prepare drawings to the margins, coverage and height rules of Lahore societies such as DHA, LDA and Bahria Town, ready for you to submit for approval.
Do you work with other architects and developers?
Yes — we provide CAD drafting and 3D visualization support to other practices and developers who need clean, accurate drawings and renders on a deadline.
