Interior Design in Lahore

Considered interiors with integrated automation. Lighting, acoustics, climate, security and entertainment, calmly orchestrated by a single hand. The room learns the house, the house learns the people — and the people learn to forget about the technology.

Six instruments of a calm room.

Three disciplines
01 · Whole-house

Whole-house interiors

Programme, layout, materials, joinery, FF&E. We design every room of the house with a single hand — millwork, finishes, lighting, soft goods — so the rooms compose into one quiet building.

02 · Smart Home

Smart-home integration

Five subsystems, one orchestration: lighting, climate, audio, security, blinds. KNX or Crestron backbone, scene-based control, single-app interface. Designed at the architecture stage, not bolted on later.

03 · Light

Lighting design

DALI-controlled, tunable circadian fixtures. Natural daylight modelling. Layered scenes for morning, afternoon, evening, dinner, sleep. Light as architecture, not afterthought.

DALI · tunable whiteDaylight model · Radiance5 — 9 scenes per zone
04 · Sound

Acoustics & audio

Calibrated room acoustics, distributed audio, zoned listening. Concealed in-ceiling speakers, hidden subwoofers, tuned bass traps. Music in every room without a visible speaker.

05 · Climate

Climate orchestration

Per-room temperature, humidity and air quality. VRF systems with secondary radiant cooling. CO₂-aware ventilation. Comfort that follows you between rooms — and lowers your energy bill.

06 · FF&E

Finishes & FF&E

Furniture, fittings, equipment. Bespoke joinery, custom rugs, art curation. We work with vendors across Pakistan, with select imports from Europe — and, where it makes sense, build pieces in-studio.

Phase · 01

Programme

Room-by-room walkthrough with the client. We list how every room is used at 6am, midday, 8pm. The brief emerges from how you live, not from a Pinterest board.

Concept

Mood, materials, colour, light. Two directions, model boards, sample sets. We test each against the architecture, the climate, your collection. You pick one, we develop.

Specification

Every joinery drawing, every finish schedule, every fixture spec. Smart-home subsystems coordinated with electrical, mechanical, audio. Tender-ready FF&E sheet.

Procure & build

We procure across Pakistan, with select imports from Europe. Custom joinery in-studio. Site visits twice weekly during finishing. Every delivery checked, every install supervised.

Commission

Smart-home commissioning over 4 weeks. Light scenes calibrated, audio tuned, climate balanced. We move you in. We return at 6 months and a year. Adjustments included.

⟶ Questions · 05

Eight things clients ask first.

Q · 01 Do you only do interiors for buildings you designed? +

No. We're happy to do interiors in buildings designed by others — it's how about 40% of our interior commissions begin. We work alongside the original architect where appropriate, or solo where they've moved on. Heritage refurbishments are a particular speciality.

Q · 02 Which smart-home platform do you use? +

It depends on the house. KNX for elegance and longevity (our default across Pakistan). Crestron for clients with deep AV needs. Loxone for villas under 6,000 sqft. We avoid Apple-Home-only because it's hostile to multi-room audio and zoned climate.

Q · 03 Can you retrofit an existing house? +

Yes — but with care. A full smart-home retrofit on an existing house is roughly 30% more expensive than building it in. Wireless KNX or Loxone Air can ease the cabling burden. We'll do a survey first and tell you honestly whether it's worth doing.

Q · 04 How does the fee work? +

Fees depend on the scope and complexity of each home — every project is unique. We bill across the five phases and share a clear proposal up front. Procurement is at our cost — we don't take vendor commissions.

Q · 05 Do you do FF&E sourcing internationally? +

Yes. We have established vendor relationships across Pakistan, with select imports from Italy, Germany and Turkey. We handle freight, customs and warranty registration. For art, we work with a curator-partner in Karachi and an artist-network in Lahore.

Q · 06 What's "circadian lighting"? +

Tunable-white fixtures that automatically shift colour temperature through the day — warmer at sunrise & sunset, cooler at midday. This mirrors natural daylight, helps your circadian rhythm, and dramatically improves how rooms feel. Standard on all our smart-home installations.

Q · 07 How many smart-home scenes do you typically program? +

For a whole house: 5 — 9 scenes per zone. Common ones: Morning, Daylight, Afternoon, Dinner, Evening, Cinema, Sleep, Away, Welcome. Each scene coordinates lights, blinds, climate and audio together. The client chooses scenes during commissioning.

Q · 08 What happens if a smart-home subsystem fails in five years? +

We hold a full as-built record of every smart-home installation — wiring, programming, configurations. We commit to year-one support in every commission and offer ongoing support contracts after that. KNX in particular is famously durable and serviceable for 20+ years.
